New and clean facilities. The front desk team is helpful and accommodating. They've been a pleasure to interact with. The concierge gave us great recommendations, and their local knowledge was invaluable. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant staff was friendly and attentive. In all, the entire staff goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and cared for. Kudos to all of them!
